BOXING AT SVAC

At SVAC, we offer two high-intensity boxing fitness classes guaranteed to provide a great sweat session. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned pro, our fitness professionals are here to guide and encourage you every step of the way.

  • Boxing Burn Beats: Jump into an energetic class where you’ll kick, punch, and knee to the beat or use the music to fuel a circuit-style workout. This session boosts speed, agility, and endurance using the Queenax studio’s functional training gear. All fitness levels are welcome! Boxing gloves are provided, please bring your own wrist wraps, or purchase them at the SVAC front desk.
  • Throwin’ Hands: Join an exhilarating boxing class designed to make you sweat and relieve stress, all while improving your agility and potentially enhancing your self-defence skills. Master traditional boxing techniques and integrate them into dynamic movement combinations that will get your heart racing. Boxing gloves are provided; please bring your own wrist wraps, or purchase them at the SVAC front desk.

    PROGRESSIVE BOXING CLASS

    Coming this September to SVAC: Throwin’ Hands 2.0, progressive boxing class with Fit Pro Tyson Green. This is a progressive course which is twice a week and runs for a total of 8 weeks. Start date Sept 5th, last class Oct 27th.

    Elevate your boxing skills with our Throwing Hands 2.0 Boxing class! This advanced training program is designed to take your boxing abilities to the next level by incorporating real fight scenarios into your drills, ensuring you are well-prepared for any situation in the ring or in life.
