Spin is a cardio focused workout while riding a bike. Our classes are designed to strengthen muscles, improve cardio, and blast away body fat on and off the bike. Our certified trainers will lead you through spin drills, core strengthening to keep you balanced, strong, and supported. All fitness levels are welcome for our variety of spin classes:

At SVAC, we offer world class power bikes – Stages Cycling. Designed by indoor cycling experts for unmatched stability and durability. Enjoy a smooth and silent riding experience with a real bike feel. The variety of adjustable bike features allows your body to fit exactly to the bike. Get the most out of your indoor miles through our Functional Threshold Power (FTP) calibration. Our focus is pure. Stages is 100% cycling focused in everything we do. Time to Spin! Enjoy an all-levels indoor cycle class with sprints, hills, watt building, and more. Spin at a higher wattage and focus your efforts on strength and power development. Added bonus: increased calorie burning!
Spin 30
Spin, cycle, and ride! Hills, sprints, and the wind in your hair! Each class, we ensure you get the best out of your time at SVAC. Stronger, together: for 30 minutes, carry your body through series of poses that will evoke your strength within. This is a perfect class to lose yourself in your capabilities.
20-20-20
20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of stretching, and your workout has been covered for the next 24 hours! Join your certified leader with this TRIFECTA of fun for all fitness levels. Using the Stages System technology, this class starts with raising your heart rate on the bike, gets your muscles moving with a combo of equipment and body weight, and finishes with a with cool down, stretching almost every muscle into relaxation. 20-20-20 sends you into the rest of the day feeling your best!

Ride and Lift with certified trainers and the fitness community at SVAC! No experience needed — this class welcomes all fitness levels with its inclusive technology. Our bikes are calibrated using Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and the Stages System before each class to ensure all fitness levels are challenged appropriately. From injured to Ironman, the class will meet your needs, all while motivating you to be your best. Off the bike, we lift weights to strengthen and challenge our muscles effectively. To mix up the format, we'll choose between alternating sessions on and off the bike or splitting the class into two segments. Warm up, cool down, and core are always included.

This is a beats and rhythm-based spin class with drills, hills, watts, intervals, and more! Our certified leaders add music and choreography, working with your bike's FTP calibration to keep the ride safe, effective, and always a PARTY! No experience needed — this class welcomes all fitness levels with its inclusive technology. Our bikes are calibrated using Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and the Stages System before each class to ensure all fitness levels are challenged appropriately. From injured to Ironman, the class will meet your needs, all while motivating you to be your best.
