Get ready—SVAC Games are back this summer! This annual community event has quickly become a beloved SVAC tradition. Designed to push you beyond your comfort zone, SVAC Games is a high-energy fitness competition that challenges your strength, endurance, and teamwork. 

Are you gearing up to take on the SVAC Games? Whether you’re returning to defend your title or competing for the first time, training with purpose can help you perform at your best. 

Our recommended classes:

  • Met Con: This high-intensity class is designed to push your limits, improve muscular power and Strength, and true to the name of the class use Metabolic Conditioning to ensure you are challenged. . Perfect for preparing for the varied demands of the Games.
  • Strong and Strong Endurance: Build strength and power with functional, full-body workouts that emphasize proper form and progressive overload—key for lifting events, endurance cardio and obstacle challenges.
  • Circuit Intervals: Designed to enhance overall athleticism, this class combines strength, cardio, and agility training to improve performance across multiple events.

These classes focus on total-body conditioning, explosive power, endurance, and mental toughness,—all essential for excelling in the SVAC Games. Training in a group setting also builds camaraderie, accountability, and that extra push to go all out.
