What will the day look like?
The excitement kicks off the moment you arrive! Head straight to the registration desk, located outside on the north side of the building, where you’ll check in, receive your Games Day T-shirt, and be handed a rules sheet to guide you through the day.
Once you’re registered, your team can explore the event area, check out the equipment, and get pumped for the action ahead!
We’ll begin with a warm welcome, followed by an overview of the day’s agenda, a review of the rules, and an introduction to our Head Judge. Each event will be explained so everyone knows what to expect. We’ll also introduce our amazing athletes—then it’s game time!
Events will start in staggered waves, rolling into the next as soon as the previous one wraps up or at the same time. After each partnership and competition Team, the results will be submitted to the judges’ scorekeeping table, recorded, and posted on the whiteboard so you can track your team’s progress.
As the morning winds down, we’ll triple-check the scores, and then it’s time for the big moment: announcing the winners in each category! Let the games begin—and may the best team win.
Supplement King St. Albert will be on site throughout the event with supplements, pre-workout, and refreshments to help fuel you before, during, and after the competition. Be sure to stop by their booth for samples, expert advice, and all the support you need to perform your best!

Each event has a head judge that is a Fitness Professional at SVAC that will deliver the rules and penalties if applicable prior to the event. They are also the person with Fitness Manager to confirm any discrepancy ruling to.
Each event has specific rules for safety and full repetition. We will ensure this information is available to the athletes and volunteers 1 week in advance. For example: ensuring the wall ball touches the target and the athletes ends each rep in 90 degree knee bend squat or the rep will not be counted. We will be using stop watches with fresh batteries and counters to be sure we are as accurate as possible.
