As you begin your fitness journey with us, we want to provide you with a guide to all things SVAC. From group fitness classes and top-tier gym floor equipment to community events and member perks, we’ve got everything you need to make the most of your membership. THE SVAC AMENITIES

At SVAC, we believe your fitness experience should go beyond just workouts—that’s why both our All-Access and Gym Access memberships come with exclusive amenities designed to elevate your time at the gym. Your membership includes the following:

  • One free month of a ½ size locker rental

FITNESS CLASSES

Here at SVAC we have over 200 weekly fitness classes. That’s right. OVER 200. So there really is something for everyone. As an ‘All-Access’ member, you get access to all our fitness classes, including hot yoga, spin and pilates. We believe in a straightforward membership with no extra fees or costs for the classes you love. To sign up for a class you can use the following:

  • The SVAC App
  • Our Website
  • In person at the front desk

The SVAC class schedule is uploaded on the second last Tuesday of each month for the following month. That means you are able to pre-book all your classes for the month ahead of time if you’d like!

What to bring to class:

All SVAC classes come fully equipped, so all you need to bring is a water bottle, indoor shoes, and a towel—because things are bound to get sweaty! Here are a few class-specific recommendations:

  • Yoga – We provide mats, but feel free to bring your own. For hot yoga, a towel is highly recommended.
  • Pilates – To maximize grip and stability, we suggest wearing Pilates socks.
  • Boxing – We provide gloves, but we recommend bringing your own wraps. Did you know we offer boxing wraps for sale at the Front Desk?

CLASS WAITLIST

SVAC classes are in high demand, and your favorites can fill up fast! But don’t worry—the waitlist works! We highly recommend adding yourself to the waitlist, as 4 out of 5 times, you’ll secure a spot. Since waitlists count as a class booking, be sure to plan on attending. Stay ready, and we’ll see you in class!

THE GYM FLOOR

The SVAC Gym floor is fully stocked with state of the art equipment. All members, both All-Access and Gym Access memberships, have access to the gym floor. This includes our newly added turf and track area. On the gym floor we have a wide range of cardio machines, weight racks, cable machines, functional training equipment, and more—everything you need for a well-rounded workout! If you don’t see a piece of equipment, stop by the front desk—we’re happy to help! If it’s not currently available in our facility, we’ll consider adding it for future use.

Wondering when the best time to hit the gym is? Check out the ‘Popular Times’ graph on our Google Maps page for a real time estimate of how busy the gym is at any given time. In general, the gym is busy after regular work hours and quieter around lunch time.

Busy day? SVAC is open until 11pm Monday through Thursday for those late night gym sessions!

SVAC COMMUNITY

SVAC Lounge: We strive to create a supportive and fun fitness community. The SVAC lounge is space for our members to connect, recharge, and celebrate their wins. This space was designed for members to relax and socialize before, after or maybe even during their workout. Stop by Mode Smoothie Co. in the lounge for healthy snacks and drinks or grab a complimentary tea or coffee after your workout. 

Member Appreciation Nights: Kick off your weekend with Member Appreciation Nights every Friday evening in the SVAC Lounge! Enjoy complimentary beverages as our way of saying THANK YOU for being part of our incredible community. Relax, connect, and celebrate another amazing week at SVAC—you’ve earned it!

Community Events: We love bringing our SVAC community together through fun and challenging events! 

Sweat Crawl is all about variety and excitement—experience multiple workouts in one epic session as you move through different fitness stations led by our expert trainers. It’s the ultimate way to challenge yourself, try new classes, and sweat it out with your SVAC crew!

SVAC Games puts your strength, endurance, and teamwork to the test with a series of fitness challenges designed to push your limits. Whether you’re competing or cheering on your fellow members, it’s an event full of energy and camaraderie.
