It’s time! Sweat Crawl is back and better than ever. Registration for this month’s Sweat Crawl opens September 9 for both members and non-members!

Here’s the lowdown:

✅ Starts at 5:30 PM at SVAC

✅ Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in

✅ Free for members

✅ $20 entry fee for non-members

✅ 8 x 15-minute mini fitness classes

✅ Complimentary food, drinks, and refreshments afterward.

✅ Prizes, giveaways and supplements provided by Supplement King
