Fitness Alberta Group Conditioning
SVAC is happy to be hosting Fitness Alberta Group Conditioning on May 25-26 with Fit Pro and Trainer Danielle Smith.
Learn how to plan and deliver effective group fitness classes. Topics include:
- Portable Equipment
- Muscular Conditioning and Strength Training
- Safe, effective movement combinations
- Cardiovascular conditioning
- Instruction and cueing
- Use of music and choreography
- How to plan a safe effective, challenging class to keep participants returning for more.
- This 16-hour course is offered in person and virtually.
To register for this course you must have completed the Foundations in Physical Activity and Exercise course.

Step 1 Foundations in Physical Activity or challenging this Exam with relevant education is not required but recommended. However, SVAC will be hosting Step 1 The Foundations in Physical Activity and Exercise course in person, in June!!
