Pivot 10-Week Lifting Program with Fit Pro Karen
Pivot is a 10-week program designed for peri-menopausal and post-menopausal women. It is a 5 day a week program with 3 heavy lifting gym sessions designed to build and maintain lean muscle mass and 2 short intense cardio sessions to protect our cardiovascular systems. The program will include nutritional guidelines and weekly challenges tailored towards building habits for this transitional time. The program is available online or in person. It runs from September 22nd to December 1st with 3 weekly supervised lifting sessions included in the in-person program. There are optional educational workshops that will provide additional information for peri- and post-menopausal women.
Gym sessions are Friday at 5:30 pm, Sunday at 9 am, and Tuesday at 6:30 pm. If the program exceeds 10 in-person participants additional weekly sessions will be added to ensure safe supervision while lifting. The lifting sessions are designed to teach you how to lift safely you may attend all or selected sessions.
Both online and in-person programs include:
- Personalized access to the online program
- Videos of all of the exercises in the program
- 3 weekly strength workouts
- 2 cardio workouts
- Nutritional guidelines and weekly habit challenges
Optional Features of the program (at a reduced rate or with early enrollment)
- Body Scans
- Educational Series: Meal Planning, Lifestyle Coaching, Pelvic Floor Workshop, and Meditation Workshop
- Semi-private training sessions (for those who don’t need weekly sessions or prefer a different gym time). The cost will be determined based on the number of participants in the group
